The Lakewood Estates Park belongs to the Lakewood Estates Association.   The Association consists of all current members (property owners & renters who have purchased a current membership).   Therefore, the LEA Park "belongs" to all current LEA members.  

LEA full members have the right to vote on proposals presented to the membership which would affect the LEA Park.   ALL LEA members, full and associate, are entitled to use the park; and ONLY LEA members can use the park.

In order to use the LEA Park you must be a current LEA member.
