THE PURPOSE OF THE CORPORATION IS TO:

Represent the common interest of owners of real property situated in LAKEWOOD ESTATES, a subdivision in Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat thereof, recorded in Volume 4, Page 347 of the plat records of Travis county, Texas.
Serve as a community liaison organization for the subdivision that will communicate information about issues of importance which effect the subdivision;
Assist in the enforcement of subdivision restrictions and other rules and regulations imposed by governmental authority so as to protect and enhance the value of property within the subdivision;
To improve security in the subdivision and otherwise minimize criminal activity against property and people in the subdivision: and
To organize activities and projects that will enhance the quality of life for people in the subdivision and preserve the value of property in the subdivision.
